$10 Flat Rate for Uber Local Delivery for Orders Over $79

1. Eligibility

Minimum Purchase: $10 flat rate shipping is available for orders with a subtotal of $79 or more (inclusive of GST), applicable only to in-stock products.

Areas: In the Greater Metro Areas of NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT, SA, WA, and TAS Areas.
Only available during the hours of 08:00 - 14:30 (Australia/Brisbane time). Time may vary depending on Uber's availability.

2. Qualifications

To qualify, your web cart must only contain products that meet ‘‘Uber’’ Delivery weight and dimension conditions; must only contain products available for immediate delivery and must be purchased for a qualifying ‘‘Uber’’ delivery address within Australia. Where available, "Uber" will show as a delivery option in checkout if applicable for your order.

Product Restrictions: $10 flat rate shipping does not apply to bulky or oversized items, including but not limited to large PC cases, monitors over a certain size, or other heavy products. Please check individual product listings for shipping eligibility. Some remote or rural areas may not be eligible for this promotion.

Bulk Orders & Resellers: This promotion is intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to cancel orders that we reasonably suspect are intended for resale or are bulk orders. Such orders may not qualify for this promotion.

3. Returns

Change of Mind: Items eligible under our Change of Mind Policy can be returned, but the cost of shipping for the return will not be covered under this promotion.

Faulty Items: Items found to be faulty or damaged can be returned at no cost to the customer. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

4. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this $10 Flat Rate Delivery promotion at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Taxes

All prices on our website include GST.

7. Tracking Your Uber Delivery

Stay informed about your order’s progress with easy tracking:

  • Order Packed: Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email with a digital invoice and a tracking link.
  • Live Updates: Uber will send you SMS updates with a live tracking link to follow the driver.
  • Secure Delivery: Uber will text you a PIN, which you must provide to the driver upon delivery. The driver may also ask for the last four digits of your mobile number to verify the delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to the store. If the delivery fails due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer must bear the cost of return. The return postage is the same as the initial delivery cost.
