HOW TO REDEEM
Step 1
Register your eligible product through the Member Center and upload the required proof:
1. Upload a clear image of your eligible product, showing the serial number label on the product itself. Photos of the product’s color box will not be accepted.
2. Upload a clear image of your purchase invoice displaying the eligible model name, date of purchase, and the shop/vendor name.
Step 2
Redeem your code on Steam:
1. Once your claim is approved, we will send the steam code directly to your email address.
2. Visit the Steam website to activate your key.
*Redemption can only be initiated 14 days after the user’s purchase date.
*Individual products in prebuilt PCs or POWERED BY MSI systems are excluded from this event.
