We understand that scheduling your delivery for a specific time or day would be super convenient. Unfortunately, our couriers don’t offer this service at the moment. If you have a particular requirement, you might want to contact our delivery partners directly to see if they can help.

What Time Can I Expect My Order?

Regular or Express Post Orders: Our delivery partners, Australia Post, Startrack, and Aramex, typically complete deliveries between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you're not home, they'll leave a calling card so you can collect your parcel from the nearest pickup location.

To make things easier, we recommend using a residential or business address where someone can sign for your order.

Same-Day Dispatch: We promote same-day dispatch, which means your order will leave our warehouse the same day you place it. However, this does not necessarily mean it will be delivered on the same day. Delivery times will depend on the courier service.

If you're not available during the delivery window, the driver will leave a card and you can collect your parcel from a post office near you. In some cases, the parcel may be able to be redelivered to your address. We’ll also send your information through to our delivery partner so they can notify you of any delays and when to expect your delivery.

Having Issues with Your Delivery?

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please let us know immediately. If the item is damaged, include photos of the outside of the packaging to assist us in providing a fast response.
