Sometimes, the driver may sign on your behalf or skip the signature requirement to maintain safety protocols. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

Keep an eye on your email for tracking details. Sometimes, we may dispatch your items from multiple locations, so you might receive more than one tracking number. This means your items could arrive at different times.

If you're not available to receive the delivery, please contact the Delivery Partner as soon as possible. Otherwise, your package will be taken to a safe location where you can collect it at a time convenient for you.

We will also share your mobile number and email with our Delivery Partner to keep you updated on your delivery status.
